This one can only be 'fudged' with your DIY, honestly.
We HIGHLY recommend buying the service as it is WELL worth it:
- Go to Skype.com and buy a
local number
- Change the number on your website, ad, flyer, postcard, or whatever
campaign you want to track. Its best to use multiple numbers
for multiple campaigns!
- Check your Skype log to see what calls came in on the number.
- Set up Skype to record your calls for training and monitoring,
then go back and review and improve!
- *Note* You won't get any email reports or pretty pie charts
here, but it will still do the job for less.
