DIY program

This one can only be 'fudged' with your DIY, honestly. We HIGHLY recommend buying the service as it is WELL worth it:

1. Go to Skype.com and buy a local number
2. Change the number on your website, ad, flyer, postcard, or whatever campaign you want to track. Its best to use multiple numbers for multiple campaigns!
3. Check your Skype log to see what calls came in on the number.
4. Set up Skype to record your calls for training and monitoring, then go back and review and improve!
5. *Note* You won't get any email reports or pretty pie charts here, but it will still do the job for less.
