Q. How are topics for articles chosen?
A. Topics for articles are chosen only after a keyword or
phrase has been chosen. Once we've identified a keyword that needs
additional internet saturation a topic based on that that keyword
is chosen. At times it may appear that an article is written in
such a manner as to have little to do with your website. In order
to prevent your articles from being flagged as spam our writers
must use your keywords in a clever fashion which on occasion includes
creating an article that does not directly reference your site.
You will want to remember however that when this scenario does occur
the article will still contain a link back to your website. In fact
this is the case regardless of topic.
Q. Are articles of a specific length? Can I request longer
or shorter articles?
A. The length of articles we create is dependant on how
many hours of work are made available for your website each month.
The more time available, the longer your articles may appear. We
do not allow clients to request that articles be of a certain length.
Some articles are long, some are short, and others fall somewhere
in between. Several factors such as available hours, subject matter,
and the number of times an article has covered a specific subject
all determine the length of the article.
Q. How many submissions do I get per article?
A. Much like the length of an article, this too is determined
by the number of hours you make available for your website. On average
each article will receive 3 to 4 submissions each month. Those clients
who allot more time to their site may receive additional submissions.
Q. How does the submission process work?
A. After an article has been proofread and approved by our
Virtual Manager the author of the article will submit your site
to a number of different E-Magazines. Additionally articles are
submitted to different E-Magazines each month to avoid being flagged
as spam and to spread your information and links across a broader
spectrum of sites which ultimately helps search engines find your
site easier. Generally speaking E-Magazines approve articles within
two to four weeks. There are sites however that have a much hastier
approval process. After an article has been approved an E-Magazine
will place your article on their website so that search engines
can begin discovering these new links.
Q. Once approved and live is it possible to request an article
be edited or deleted?
A. Articles can indeed be edited and deleted even after
an article has been approved and has gone live. Deletions however
do take time and vary from E-Magazine to E-Magazine. Edits to live
articles must be approved by each E-Magazine and so the edits may
take 2 to 4 weeks to appear within the live article.
Q. I have an idea for an article topic. May I request that
your writers use my idea or subject matter when drafting the next
article?
A. While we welcome suggestions and ideas for articles the
sensitive nature of the E-Magazines dictates that we allow our writers
to discern whether or not your idea or subject matter will be allowed
or accepted by the various E-Magazines. Our writers have the final
say so in this matter but as previously stated we encourage all
of our clients to share their ideas with our writers.
